Smart Financial Center is a preforming arts center located in Sugar Land, Texas and seats 6,500. The three-acre park/plaza in front of the building has a custom-built, interactive fountain that provides both a dramatic water show and interactive play for visitors. Additionally, the park includes a multi-purpose lawn, custom street lighting, tree groves and festoon lighting. LAI was happy to assist Clark Condon Architects in the designing of lighting solutions to this facility.
